Our management team have over 15 years experience of residential and commercial property development and management in the United Kingdom and Spain.

Our principal directors responsible for the management of 1-stop are:

Duncan Kennea: Duncan has been practicing Architecture for more than 30 years and has experience of residential development from bespoke single units to fully urbanized residential developments including various commercial, industrial and health care projects.

Adrian Goldring: Adrian is an English qualified Electrician with over 17 years experience. He has been responsible for the Project Management of major electrical and security installations and maintenance projects for over 10 years.

Juan Jose Carrasco Morales: Juan Jose is Spanish qualified Administrador de Fincas registered with the college of Administration. He is experienced in all areas of Administration and has considerable local knowledge.
