By arrangement of a monthly contract we can make available to the community a specialist who will undertake regular inspections of facilities and equipment ensuring that everything is functioning correctly. Any problems can be dealt with in a pro-active manner.

Minor repairs can be quickly identified and any remedial measures agreed with the President of the Community.

INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE

There is no need to call us, we will attend your property on a regular basis to inspect and identify/resolve any issues or problems.
Contracts are arranged for a fixed monthly fee with the cost of materials invoiced on a monthly basis when required.

INCIDENTS

Following a request from an owner/key holder to attend we will assess/undertake a repair as soon as practically possible
Each incident will be invoiced for labour and materials.
