Our commitment to you is to comply faithfully with the contracted services and to this end we will not require you to commit to an annual contract period. Your contracts with our service companies will be on a quarterly basis and in the event of you not being satisfied with the services provided; they can be terminated more readily.

All staff are trained and provided with the necessary safety equipment and appropriate clothing to undertake their duties in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations.

Key Management

Available to individuals is a regular security check, making sure all openings are closed and locked, electricity, lights and alarm systems are working. Water supply and drainage systems will be flushed and areas checked for leaks etc. Allowing us to notify you at the earliest opportunity if anything has happened and what action you would like us to take. The keys to your property will be held non-identifiable to the address in a safe within our care.
